Refund policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Curvelia orders. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To start a return, email us at supportcurvelia@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it entirely.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns after 60 days from the date of delivery.
